If you have questions about our products, or problems with your order, please contact us. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Pacific Standard Time. (We are located in Southern California, USA.) If for some reason, we miss your call, please leave a message and someone will call you back to you promptly. Or, you can reach us by e-mail.
Online Payment
All orders including shipping charges must be prepaid prior to shipment with MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discovery. This is the fastest and safest payment method. Althoug we use PayPal to process our credit card payments, you do not have to have a PayPal account or sign-up with them.
Check Payment
You may pay by check or money order. All payments must be in US funds on a US bank.
Pricing: Machine Shop Essentials: Q&A is US$49.90; Machine Shop Know-How is US$54.85; both books purchased together at the same time are US$94.75. California residents please at 9.75% Sales Tax.

Orders are shipped the same business day.
Domestic Standard Shipping
For credit card orders placed on the internet, we ship in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes for $4.95 per book which provide 2-4 day delivery in the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii take slightly longer. Each book ships in its own bubble padded envelope and has delivery confirmation.
International Shipping
We ship international orders in USPS International Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes which provide 7-10 day delivery. Canadian orders ship for US$12.95, all other international orders ship for US$13.75. We ship to these countries: Austria, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Portugal, South Africa, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, Norway, Belgium, Ireland, New Zealand, Sweden and France. If your country is not listed above, we will not to ship to you.

Sales Tax
State sales tax of 9.75% will be added to all orders sent to State of California addresses.
Metal Arts Press guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns on retail sales within 30 days of order receipt no questions asked. We recommend you return the book with tracking to insure it reaches us. We will credit your credit card or, if paid by check, money order or cash, we will issue a refund check promptly. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Privacy Policy
We will not sell, share, or swap your personal information, including your e-mail address with anyone. Period. We do not have access to your credit card information; it is entirely handled by PayPal or Google on their secure sites.
